Women Hair Loss – How To Treat It. Women Hair Loss Side Effect – Anxiety

July 29th, 2009

GUEST Blog Post - Women Hair Loss Treatment! By Jennifer Boss

I personally was close to death about 15 years ago, but experiencing a panic attack was somehow worse. I just did not know what was happening to me, and since I had that first one, I always expect another one to happen. It really is scary!

From a normal person few minutes ago, I went to a very ill person, white in face, shaking and thinking I was dying. The worst it, it happened at work and my co workers wanted to call 911!

Hm...I really did not know what was happening. Later on I learned from my Dr. that I had a panic attack. IT starts with anxiety and when you don't treat anxiety, you end up with panic attacks.

Now, I was recommend to start medication, "legal drugs", but keep this in mind, I am not a person to depend on medication, so I did some research and here are some home remedies and few steps you can take to deal with panic attacks.

The very first thing you need to do is to avoid coffee and sugar loaded food. Coffee, sugar, and nicotine will trigger your panic attacks. Even alcohol can do so. If you can, eliminate these complete and replace them with natural teas. The one I use is brand name Yogi Stress Relief. It costs around 3-4 dollars and you can get it at local health stores. Even some major grocery stores (health aisle) may carry them.

Another way to deal with panic attacks is to discussing issues with your loved one's. I talk to my husband and friends. At first I felt very uncomfortable doing this, but let me tell you, I saved a lot of money on therapy this way. When you talk about things, you really get a lot of things out and the weight of the problem or issue somehow eases! During my research to find ways to deal with panic attacks, I discovered that a lot of people have this problem because of some unpleasant event that happened. Since than, I strongly believe that the actual cause of panic attacks is distress and not stress, but of course there will be people who will argue with me and it is my opinion only.

Another good way to get rid of anxieties is to exercise if you can. Personally for me exercising is difficult since I have disability, running and walking is really out of the question, but I can lift weights and I do so as often as I can. The benefit of exercise is that often you will get rid of a lot of negative energy and it will help you think clearly. During a lot of my weight lifting sessions, I will think of possible solutions for the problems I am dealing with!

There are a lot of relaxation techniques you can learn as well. Breathing exercises do work. When you exercise physically, you breath faster and that helps you calm down as well, but if you cannot exercise and need to calm down, just breath in and out. Here is one simplest exercise I use! If you can lay down, but if not sitting will be o.k. as well. I inhale very slowly and say, "I am", than I exhale and say "relaxed". If you can do this at least 10 times and the result will surprise you.

But do you know where is the biggest problem right now? In your mind! Starting with your first panic attack, which was the scariest experience of my life, and from than on, you always fear that the next attack is going to happen any minute. That is where the real problem is!

Now you can use the above techniques, and they will really ease the pain, I also strongly recommend the panic away guide. Techniques in that guide have really are amazing.

My anxiety attacks were hurting my lifestyle a lot! I went from a fun person to be around, to a person who just wanted to be left alone. With home remedies and panic away guide which helped me change my mind set, I was able to go back to being who I used to be!

As for the women hair loss treatments, you just can`t go wrong with Provillus. I`ve been using it for quite some time, and had great results!

Hair Loss Cure – The Importance of Body Cleansing For Hair Growth

July 29th, 2009

Have you heard the latest buzz on colon cleansers? Now you know that all of the celebrities are really good looking, but not because they are eating healthy all the time.  Yes, it is because of the colon cleansers. And if you are looking for the hair loss cure, colon cleansing should be your first stop after you start using the hair loss treatments.

Colon Cleansing is the best thing you can do to improve your overall health, stop hair loss, plus lose some weight!  As you read on, you will find all the answers to the most important questions about cleansing the colon.

You`ve probably heard many times that in order to prevent hair loss, you actually have to take care not only of the hair or scalp itself, but of the whole body itself. And this is so true!

Of course, you WILL need to use hair loss cure treatments as well, but not only them. For best results, you should start with Provillus, so you can see visible results in less than two weeks.

Here is where colon cleansers come to help. Nutritional and food supplements are so popular these days it would be hard to believe some well known women might live without them. And they really can`t - because with the positive effects of colon cleansers, many women, celebrities, and men, would have excess weight, less energy, and would not look so good!

It`s been known for years that cleansing the body is the start of the better, cleaner, and healthier life. And this is so true! Believe it or not, the first step to prevent hair loss is exactly body cleansing!

Why is it so? And how does it help?

See, when you have a hair loss problem, it`s not only a problem of your scalp. It`s a problem of the whole body. Human body has so much waste and toxins, it`s so hard to flush them away without doing anything. And while the body is so polluted, there are big chances the scalp does not get enough nutrients and oxygen. Yes, no matter how good you eat! So in order for your good nutrition to start working for your body, you must first make it ready to do so!

And the most important step while starting a new healthier life, is to cleanse the body. This is why different colon cleansers are so popular amongst many people, including the most famous celebrities, these days.

Here is what Colon Cleanser does better than any other thing:

- cleanses the colon

- helps improve energy levels

- helps to lose weight and excess fat

- helps feel less bloated

- helps to improve skin condition and overall body wellness.

So as you can see, colon cleansing is not only good for hair growth, not only it helps to regrow the lost hair, but it is extremely good for your weight as well! Most of the people report they have lost at least 10 pounds after cleansing the colon.  Most people can benefit from that as well, so why not combine the two. ;)

Reduce Hair Loss With Proper Breathing

July 27th, 2009

Breathing is essential for living. By taking a breath, we absorb oxygen through our lungs and expel carbon dioxide and other waste. Deep breathing purifies the blood and increases the toxins removal process, which are necessary not only for our body, but for healthy skin as well. Breathing removes toxins from the body, cleans the body, skin and the digestive system. The health benefits of proper breathing have been known for centuries.

We usually never think about breathing - it is a natural process which does not require any efforts, or energy, as we think. Normally, a human breathes about 14 times in a minute when avake and active, and a bit less while asleep or resting.

Incorrect breathing is one of the main reasons people complain about not being physically able to climb high to mountains or just up the stairs. If you start practising proper breathing and start breathing correctly, you can notice that usual everyday moving activities are getting a lot easier that earlier, and that you are preventing hair loss!

More...

Slow, deep and rhytmic breathing is best for the body, mind and the emotional state. People who practice Yoga know that the deeper and slower thay breath, the better. However, these days the lifestyle dictates shallow and short breaths, and this has become a norm.

Poor blood circulation is one of the main problems people face - and this is not only because they do not move or exercise enough, but also because they breathe incorrectly! Incorrect breathing also results in lack of oxygen. The way we breathe can help us increase the oxygen intake, which is a goal for a healthy body and skin. But since breathing is a necessary process and so easy, it is possible to invoke it into some daily activities, or just change the way we breathe, to achieve better health.

Proper breathing is known to have a positive effect on headaches and lessen stress levels.

Practical tips to improve your breathing

Check your breathing during the day. How many breaths do you have in a minute? Are they deep, short or long?

You can start doing breathing exercises right now - no inventory needed, no money to pay, just great results. Remember to exercise several times a day for a few minutes, and you will feel the difference! You can breathe at your work place, going home or to work every day, or at home just before falling asleep.

If you start doing the breathing exercises for the first time, please make sure you feel comfortable with timing - if the exercise says to hold breathing for lets say 5 seconds, but you feel better with 3, let it be. While starting breathing correctly, the brain is getting more oxygen than usual, and this may result in a light-headed feeling, which is not very good for the first time. Just be careful and patient - do what you feel is comfortable for you - you will be doing better in a couple of days.

The exercises:

  • Inhale through your nose slowly, count to seven, until the stomach expands. Keep inhaling for the same long time until the chest expands. Exhale slowly.
  • Inhale deep and slowly and hold your breath to the count of 5, then exhale slowly.
  • As often as possible, try to breathe using diaphragm, not the stomach. Breathing deeply from the diaphragm and through the nose is the best way to move lymph fluid throughout the body. Men usually breath using diaphragm, and women use stomach - try to use diaphrahm, maybe even change the way you breathe for all the time.
  • Exhale slowly through your nose, so that no air is left in lungs. Hold for 5 seconds and inhale slowly.
  • Breathe deeply all the time, whenever you remember.

Two weeks at least should be taken for the exercises in order to feel the difference. You might also experience a better night sleep as well, after these breathing exercises.

The Connection Between Stress, Tension And Hair Loss

July 27th, 2009

stress management and hair loss

Is there any?

Sure there is!

Stress and tension causes poor blood circulation, eating disorder, headache and many other diseases, some of them very serious. Our body deals with stress in the same way as it does with infections: it starts to send out the disease fighting immune cell. So when a real disease or infection is attacking, the immune cells are no longer available to fight and thus we get the poor immunity. A stressed and tense body will never heal as fast and easy as the non-stressed one.

When in stressful situations, we breathe differently than usual, even if we do not really feel like it. We get less oxygen, which causes problems such as skin diseases, hair loss, cellulite and others.

More...

Stress and tension themselves might not cause hair loss directly, but are very strongly involved in the process. As we get in stressful situations, our body reacts to it. It might cause weight loss or weight gain for some women, as well as worsen the skin condition. Usually calorie intake increases in stressful conditions, and our immune system stops working correctly.

Research shows that women with high stress levels are more likely to lose hair, have excess fat, especially stored around the abdomen.

.

What can you do to reduce stress?

There are many ways for stress reduction, however, some of the most natural ways to disperse stress hormones are:

  • Have daily exercises - they really help to reduce stress and tension;
  • Stick to a regular eating plan - food really helps us feel better, just do not overeat;
  • Proper breathing;
  • Meditation and yoga;
  • Echinacea and Astragalus herbs help to deal with stress and tension.

.

Tension stresses the muscles of the body and causes the connective tissue to seize up. This results in blocked tissue and poor waste elimination, which in fact might be one of the reasons of hair loss.

How To Improve Hair Growth By Exercising – The FUN Way!

July 27th, 2009

Remember I promised to let you know of some cool ways to exercise to help improve your hair growth?

Well I`m back - and I just can`t wait to share this because I am pretty sure you will get addicted :)

Ok, so what are those exercises, that can help you so much with hair loss?

First, let me tease you a bit and remind you that those exercises have to be very short ones, and very intense ones. Why? Just because this is how you are able to skyrocket your bloodstream and improve your overall health!

Most common exercise you might think of, is probably running. And yes, it can help a bit.  But to be honest, it`s easier than that!

All you have to do, is give this exercise routine 4 minutes - 3 times per day. Not more, not less. And the best part is, you can do that during TV commercials!

So let`s start with the exact techniques. In fact, there are no strict rules on the techniques, except for one thing - and let me repeat it - the exercises MUST be short, and must be done EXTREMELY fast.

Here is what you can do for those 4 minutes at home:

1) You can dance! Stop worrying about the way you look - you are having fun! PLUS, you are improving your health! Invite your family, they will have fun too! 4 minutes, a very fast dance.

2) Jumping: up and down, up and down. You might wanna get a jumping rope, and you can! Just do that FAST.

3) Anything else you can think of.

Now, how do you know if you do those exercises correctly?

There`s something that will let you know if you`re doing them right - and that`s your heart rate. During those 4 minutes, you don`t even start sweating - but after you are finished with the exercise, you will feel your heart rate doubled, or even tripled! You will feel your breathing!

By the way, did you know that correct breathing can also improve your health condition and stop hair loss? This is no joke - and I will prove this to you in my next post.

Think Exercise has Nothing To Do With Hair Loss? Think Again!

July 27th, 2009

I bet you think exercising is only good for weight loss? You are not wrong, but not entirely true! Did you know that exercising can help you with your hair loss problems?

I know, you might be saying right now "whatever" BUT there is a very strong connection between working out and hair loss.

How are these two things related, really?

Well, the most obvious fact is that exercise improves the bloodstream. One of the main responsibilities of the bloodstream is to provide the body with oxygen - every single part of the body needs oxygen. So the better the bloodstream, the more oxygen is pushed to every single cell of your body and skin. Which at the same time means that your head`s skin is getting more oxygen - which is the biggest essential if you want to stop hair loss!

As for the types of exercising that help to stop hair loss - you should focus as much as possible on cardio exercises. On faster, more intense exercises rather than just lifting weights. Such fast and intense exercises skyrocket the bloodstream and believe it or not, help not only to lose weight, but to stop losing hair! Swimming, running, jogging, playing basketball, or just playing outside can do miracles for your hair.

I know, I know you HATE exercising! Don't worry!  You`re not alone!  Soon I will be sharing some of the most effective, and very fun to do exercises. The best of all, you don`t even need to go to the gym to workout!

Curious? I am absolutely sure you will love them! So keep an eye on the next e-mail.  ;)

Women`s Hair Loss – Dietary Supplements or Vitamins For Women`s Hair Loss!

July 27th, 2009

So by now, (if you have read the free guide on how to tread women`s hair loss), you know that several reasons can cause excessive hair loss. A severe illness or major surgery, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal problems, your current medicine intakes, certain hair treatments that use chemical dyes, bleaches, and straightening or curling agent, or autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks hair follicles causing hair on the head to fall out! Boy… It really can have many causes, and the good news is that in many cases, it can be cured naturally.

So here is the list of supplements recommended for hair loss:

B vitamins are important for the health and growth of the hair especially B6, biotin, folic acid and B5 (pantothenic acid and B3 (niacin))

For Vitamin B complex, one of the good lines of products is the Isotonix. Why? Because Isotonix line it's the only oral supplements in the market with isotonic capability when mixing with certain amount of water.

Any food or pills taken orally must be digested within our stomach and transported in an isotonic state before our body can absorb its nutrients, this process can take from 40 minutes to 4 hours. Remember our stomach is very high acidic, which means many nutritional values are lost during digestion.

This means that when we drink a supplement that’s isotonic, our stomach does not need to digest it, so that it can enter our small intestines for absorption within minutes. With Isotonix products, little nutritive value is lost, making the absorption of nutrients highly efficient while delivering maximum results.

B vitamins include B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid), and B12 (cyanocobalamin

Here is the list of foods high in Vitamin B that help prevent women`s hair loss:

Turkey
Liver
Tuna
Chili peppers
Bananas
Potatoes
Molasses
Brewer's yeast
Other meats, dairy products and eggs Vitamin B12.
Oats
Wheat bran
Avocado
Salmon
Brazil nuts (and other nuts) are more good sources of B vitamins.

The B group really is responsible for maintaining our healthy metabolism, and for years we have been told not to eat potatoes if we want to lose weight. In addition, B Vitamins are found in protein foods which can help us improve our immune system, lower our stress, and support a healthy hair, skin, and nails growth.

To help you with your hair loss, you can also use the Biotin lots of biotin (found in the vitamin section). You'll notice results within 1 month even. Take it faithfully though. My hair is starting to fill in again. Many women will start using the pre natal vitamins too even if they are not planning to get pregnant any time soon…

As a side note, do try to stay away from the cheap shampoos as they tend to strip and weaken your hair.

Something you should know. You should try to decrease your animal protein intake and try to replace with plant protein when possible. Excessive animal proteins might cause inflammation in your body, encourage women`s hair loss as well.

Ok, if you are following these healthy guidelines, you might see improvement in a few weeks. BUT - if you are following them together with the right vitamins and supplements, you will see a difference as soon as in one week! For best results (thousands of people say they got best results), try Provillus - this is a women`s hair loss treatment that is known to stop the hair loss completely, in a very short time, and it is completely natural!

Best Hair Loss Treatment – From Those Who Have Tried Provillus for Women

July 26th, 2009

If you are looking for the best hair loss treatment, and you’d like to learn a little from those who have tried Provillus for women, pay close attention to every detail on this page.

But before we jump into the heart of this discussion, here are some facts about the Provillus treatment.

At this point, women have become excited about what Provillus can do. Since most products focused on hair thinning and baldness are geared toward men, the fact that there is a Provillus solution designed especially for women is a giant leap.

Here’s how it works: Existing hair follicles are strengthened and new hair follicles are generated using a certain blend of nutrients. Your body’s DHT level short for Dihydrotestosterone, is balanced and corrected.

The reason DHT levels are so important are because a high level is one of the main reasons your hair follicles begin to die off. This can be caused by family genetics, your every day diet, or hormonal imbalances like that of menopause.

Now that you know some facts behind Provillus, let’s consider what those who have tried Provillus have to say about this revolutionary treatment (actually, the best hair loss treatment available these days).

1) Good results on hair re-growth but…

Some report that after taking the supplement for nearly 3 months, hair re-growth has been phenomenal. However, mild heart palpitations or heart flutters begin to appear which is one of the Provillus negative side effects. The active ingredient is palmetto, which is the cause of palpitations.

2) Provillus and Advecia at the same time…

Those who have tried Provillus also wanted to use another hair re-growth system called Advecia. The problem with this method is that both contain palmetto, which in turn will cause heart palpitations. Most people are barely bothered by heart palpitations.

3) If you have heart disease, talk with your doctor before using Provillus the same goes for, if you are taking prescription drugs, talk to your doctor before starting Provillus. And DO NOT use Provillus if you are pregnant or nursing. Actually if you are pregnant, there is a good chance your hair will grow a lot more.

4) Possible side effects:

* Itching, redness, dryness or flaking of the scalp
* Recurring headache.

If this happens for you, talk to your doctor at your convenience while you continue using Provillus.

5) When starting to use Provillus, keep in mind that our hair grows slowly (about 1 inch every two months). Be patient, and it is recommended that users use it for at least 1 to 2 months before they should expect to see any results.

On a side note: Some confusion has made people believe that the FDA approved ingredient Minoxidil is in the dietary supplement you take. However, it is listed in the solution that you massage directly into your scalp.

What this all boils down to is that those who have tried Provillus say that it is by fat the best hair loss treatment available, and they have continued with the treatment in order to re-grow their hair as well as take back control of their lives.

Review of Provillus For Women!

July 26th, 2009

Here’s your chance to get an honest review of Provillus for women that will dramatically change your life.

You see women’s hair loss issues have always taken a back seat to men’s. Most doctors have left women with very little options for stopping this terrible course of events. What’s worse, there haven’t been many opportunities for women to get their hair to re-grow.

Something else I want to say is that the effects of hair loss on women’s mental stability is dramatic. Women feel unattractive and out of control. And when the dust settles, their physical well-being suffers terribly as well.

Do any of these sound at all familiar to you?

Provillus has become one of the most prominent and effective hair loss replacement systems for women today.

As you look at this review of Provillus, you’ll discover that there are two major components in Provillus that helps to repair your damaged hair follicles. They are Horsetail and Biotin.

Here are some details on each.

Horsetail is an herb that closely resembles a fern. It’s rich in Silica which when absorbed into the body aides in strengthening your damaged, weekend and brittle hair. It will also bring about more flexibility to your hair. Your nails and teeth will get an added boost when using Provillus.

On top of that, horsetail will help to promote blood flow to your scalp. Blocked pores become clear, which allows more nutrients to get to your hair follicles.

Biotin is another important ingredient found in Provillus. It is a water-soluble form of Vitamin B. Vitamin B is one of the most extremely popular ingredients in most hair loss treatments today.

As you probably read in the free guide on preventing women hair loss, when your diet is deficient in Vitamin B it can cause your hair to thin. As you can clearly see, it is essential to hair growth by helping the fatty acids in your hair to metabolize.

Each 2 caplet serving contains the following ingredients:

* Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride - 5 mg)
* Biotin - 5 mg
* Zinc (as Magnesium Oxide) - 15 mg
* Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens fruit) 1500 mg
* Plus a proprietary blend of:
* Nettle (Urtica dioica)
* Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica)
* Pumpkin (Cucurbita maxima, seed)
* Eleuthero Root (Eleutherococcus senticosus)
* Uva-Ursi (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi, root)
* Muria Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides)
*
o Other Ingredients
o Gelatin
o Rice flour
o Magnesium Stearate
o Silicon Dioxide
o Maltodextrin
o Water

We’re not through yet with Provillus reviews. Something I want to say about Provillus treatment is that it acts as a DHT blocker, which is crucial to your fight against hair loss and in your fight to regain your self-esteem.

There are many reasons that DHT builds up on your scalp. It can stem from stress and anxiety, hormonal imbalances, and could possibly be in your genes.

Additionally, Provillus has the FDA approved ingredient called Minoxidil that stimulates hair growth.

The two-pronged approach ensures that your hair will start to grow again. Further more, you’ll be surprised at how the negative emotions and pain you’ve been feeling fade away.

This review of Provillus was designed to give you a cut and dry look at the big picture. The provillus for women, acts as a DHT blocker and provides the nutrients that your body has been lacking.
