Women Hair Loss – How To Treat It. Women Hair Loss Side Effect – Anxiety

July 29th, 2009

GUEST Blog Post - Women Hair Loss Treatment! By Jennifer Boss

I personally was close to death about 15 years ago, but experiencing a panic attack was somehow worse. I just did not know what was happening to me, and since I had that first one, I always expect another one to happen. It really is scary!

From a normal person few minutes ago, I went to a very ill person, white in face, shaking and thinking I was dying. The worst it, it happened at work and my co workers wanted to call 911!

Hm...I really did not know what was happening. Later on I learned from my Dr. that I had a panic attack. IT starts with anxiety and when you don't treat anxiety, you end up with panic attacks.

Now, I was recommend to start medication, "legal drugs", but keep this in mind, I am not a person to depend on medication, so I did some research and here are some home remedies and few steps you can take to deal with panic attacks.

The very first thing you need to do is to avoid coffee and sugar loaded food. Coffee, sugar, and nicotine will trigger your panic attacks. Even alcohol can do so. If you can, eliminate these complete and replace them with natural teas. The one I use is brand name Yogi Stress Relief. It costs around 3-4 dollars and you can get it at local health stores. Even some major grocery stores (health aisle) may carry them.

Another way to deal with panic attacks is to discussing issues with your loved one's. I talk to my husband and friends. At first I felt very uncomfortable doing this, but let me tell you, I saved a lot of money on therapy this way. When you talk about things, you really get a lot of things out and the weight of the problem or issue somehow eases! During my research to find ways to deal with panic attacks, I discovered that a lot of people have this problem because of some unpleasant event that happened. Since than, I strongly believe that the actual cause of panic attacks is distress and not stress, but of course there will be people who will argue with me and it is my opinion only.

Another good way to get rid of anxieties is to exercise if you can. Personally for me exercising is difficult since I have disability, running and walking is really out of the question, but I can lift weights and I do so as often as I can. The benefit of exercise is that often you will get rid of a lot of negative energy and it will help you think clearly. During a lot of my weight lifting sessions, I will think of possible solutions for the problems I am dealing with!

There are a lot of relaxation techniques you can learn as well. Breathing exercises do work. When you exercise physically, you breath faster and that helps you calm down as well, but if you cannot exercise and need to calm down, just breath in and out. Here is one simplest exercise I use! If you can lay down, but if not sitting will be o.k. as well. I inhale very slowly and say, "I am", than I exhale and say "relaxed". If you can do this at least 10 times and the result will surprise you.

But do you know where is the biggest problem right now? In your mind! Starting with your first panic attack, which was the scariest experience of my life, and from than on, you always fear that the next attack is going to happen any minute. That is where the real problem is!

Now you can use the above techniques, and they will really ease the pain, I also strongly recommend the panic away guide. Techniques in that guide have really are amazing.

My anxiety attacks were hurting my lifestyle a lot! I went from a fun person to be around, to a person who just wanted to be left alone. With home remedies and panic away guide which helped me change my mind set, I was able to go back to being who I used to be!

As for the women hair loss treatments, you just can`t go wrong with Provillus. I`ve been using it for quite some time, and had great results!

Think Exercise has Nothing To Do With Hair Loss? Think Again!

July 27th, 2009

I bet you think exercising is only good for weight loss? You are not wrong, but not entirely true! Did you know that exercising can help you with your hair loss problems?

I know, you might be saying right now "whatever" BUT there is a very strong connection between working out and hair loss.

How are these two things related, really?

Well, the most obvious fact is that exercise improves the bloodstream. One of the main responsibilities of the bloodstream is to provide the body with oxygen - every single part of the body needs oxygen. So the better the bloodstream, the more oxygen is pushed to every single cell of your body and skin. Which at the same time means that your head`s skin is getting more oxygen - which is the biggest essential if you want to stop hair loss!

As for the types of exercising that help to stop hair loss - you should focus as much as possible on cardio exercises. On faster, more intense exercises rather than just lifting weights. Such fast and intense exercises skyrocket the bloodstream and believe it or not, help not only to lose weight, but to stop losing hair! Swimming, running, jogging, playing basketball, or just playing outside can do miracles for your hair.

I know, I know you HATE exercising! Don't worry!  You`re not alone!  Soon I will be sharing some of the most effective, and very fun to do exercises. The best of all, you don`t even need to go to the gym to workout!

Curious? I am absolutely sure you will love them! So keep an eye on the next e-mail.  ;)

Women`s Hair Loss – Dietary Supplements or Vitamins For Women`s Hair Loss!

July 27th, 2009

So by now, (if you have read the free guide on how to tread women`s hair loss), you know that several reasons can cause excessive hair loss. A severe illness or major surgery, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal problems, your current medicine intakes, certain hair treatments that use chemical dyes, bleaches, and straightening or curling agent, or autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks hair follicles causing hair on the head to fall out! Boy… It really can have many causes, and the good news is that in many cases, it can be cured naturally.

So here is the list of supplements recommended for hair loss:

B vitamins are important for the health and growth of the hair especially B6, biotin, folic acid and B5 (pantothenic acid and B3 (niacin))

For Vitamin B complex, one of the good lines of products is the Isotonix. Why? Because Isotonix line it's the only oral supplements in the market with isotonic capability when mixing with certain amount of water.

Any food or pills taken orally must be digested within our stomach and transported in an isotonic state before our body can absorb its nutrients, this process can take from 40 minutes to 4 hours. Remember our stomach is very high acidic, which means many nutritional values are lost during digestion.

This means that when we drink a supplement that’s isotonic, our stomach does not need to digest it, so that it can enter our small intestines for absorption within minutes. With Isotonix products, little nutritive value is lost, making the absorption of nutrients highly efficient while delivering maximum results.

B vitamins include B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid), and B12 (cyanocobalamin

Here is the list of foods high in Vitamin B that help prevent women`s hair loss:

Turkey
Liver
Tuna
Chili peppers
Bananas
Potatoes
Molasses
Brewer's yeast
Other meats, dairy products and eggs Vitamin B12.
Oats
Wheat bran
Avocado
Salmon
Brazil nuts (and other nuts) are more good sources of B vitamins.

The B group really is responsible for maintaining our healthy metabolism, and for years we have been told not to eat potatoes if we want to lose weight. In addition, B Vitamins are found in protein foods which can help us improve our immune system, lower our stress, and support a healthy hair, skin, and nails growth.

To help you with your hair loss, you can also use the Biotin lots of biotin (found in the vitamin section). You'll notice results within 1 month even. Take it faithfully though. My hair is starting to fill in again. Many women will start using the pre natal vitamins too even if they are not planning to get pregnant any time soon…

As a side note, do try to stay away from the cheap shampoos as they tend to strip and weaken your hair.

Something you should know. You should try to decrease your animal protein intake and try to replace with plant protein when possible. Excessive animal proteins might cause inflammation in your body, encourage women`s hair loss as well.

Ok, if you are following these healthy guidelines, you might see improvement in a few weeks. BUT - if you are following them together with the right vitamins and supplements, you will see a difference as soon as in one week! For best results (thousands of people say they got best results), try Provillus - this is a women`s hair loss treatment that is known to stop the hair loss completely, in a very short time, and it is completely natural!
